Terms and Conditions i8my — Platform Guidelines

Welcome to i8my, Malaysia's leading online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of your use of our platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the i8my brand.

By registering as a member, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the i8my platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the i8my platform. i8my reserves the right to amend, add to, or withdraw any terms at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform and notified to registered members.

To register and use the i8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gambling programme
• Register on your own behalf only, not on behalf of another person
• Not using the account for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements within your jurisdiction
• Has never had an i8my account previously closed due to a terms violation

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the i8my platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Mandatory fields include your full name as per your ID, your ID card or passport number, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address. i8my reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify this information at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. i8my will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login information.

• Password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including i8my staff
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added security

I8my accepts deposits via a variety of secure local Malaysian payment methods that are fully integrated into the platform. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within a short timeframe.

The payment method used for the deposit must be registered in your own name. i8my does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension and further investigation. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

Withdrawals from your i8my account are processed promptly once all relevant conditions have been met. i8my is committed to ensuring successful withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes for local Malaysian banks and e-wallets.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed

• I8my reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000

• Certain games may not count or may only partially count towards fulfilling rollover requirements

Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil rollover requirements, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

All wagers on the i8my platform are subject to the rules established for each game category — whether sports betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, or esports. Once a wager has been verified and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances explicitly stated in the relevant game rules.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and category
• Bets placed on events that have already started may not be accepted depending on the game type
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption, i8my reserves the right to void any affected bets
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed and cannot be changed thereafter
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in odds settings is prohibited

I8my expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. Any behaviour that is disruptive, threatening, or harmful to others is strictly prohibited.

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language towards support staff or other members is strictly prohibited
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited
• Any action intended to cheat, manipulate, or abuse the platform is strictly prohibited
• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your true location in order to bypass jurisdictional restrictions is strictly prohibited
• Engaging in identity fraud or providing false information is strictly prohibited
• Spreading misleading information about i8my to other members or on public platforms is strictly prohibited

I8my reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Use of betting strategies intended to abuse the platform
• Opening or use of multiple accounts
• Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Upon request by law enforcement authorities

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the i8my customer support team. Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

I8my provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, i8my cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues, delays, or system errors arising from factors beyond our control.

• I8my is not liable for losses resulting from a member's internet connection failure
• I8my is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• I8my's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim
